Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all customers, ensuring they feel valued and cared for throughout their visit.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Offer and serve food and beverages in a friendly, efficient, and prompt manner, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our guests.
  • Stock Management: Replenish stocks to ensure customers have access to products at all times, maintaining a well-stocked and organized environment.
  • Promotions and Marketing: Promote the use of Grosvenor Membership cards and Rank Omni Channel/Digital offers to customers, enhancing their experience and encouraging repeat visits.
