Grosvenor Casino, Southampton is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Host. As the face of our business, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests, creating a memorable and entertaining experience that exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Be familiar with current promotions and products, offering expert advice to customers to enhance their visit.
  • Offer a friendly, efficient, and prompt service of food and beverages, ensuring high-quality products are delivered with a smile.
  • Contribute to daily and weekly targets, working collaboratively with the team to achieve success.
  • Display a friendly and enthusiastic manner, responding positively to all customer requests in a polite and efficient way.
  • Replenish stocks to ensure customers have access to products at all times.
  • Promote the use of Grosvenor Membership cards and Rank Omni Channel/Digital offer through positive customer interaction.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in a hospitality role, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on achieving shared goals.
  • Sound communication skills, with the ability to respond positively to customer requests.
  • Comfortable with change and able to adapt to new ways of working.
  • Ability to work shifts at any time, including weekends and bank holidays.
