About the Role

Grosvenor Casino, Southampton

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Host to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all customers, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.
  • Be knowledgeable about our products and promotions, and be able to communicate this information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Offer and provide a friendly, efficient, and prompt service of food and beverages, ensuring that all products are of the highest quality.
  • Be aware of daily and weekly targets and contribute positively towards them.
  • Display a friendly and enthusiastic manner, responding positively to all customer requests in a polite and efficient way.
  • Replenish stocks to ensure that customers always have access to products.
  • Promote the use of Grosvenor Membership cards and the Rank Omni Channel/Digital offer during each interaction with the guest.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience of working successfully in a hospitality role.
  • Ability to work shifts at any time of the day, including weekends and bank holidays.
