Regional Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients in the South West region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed regional sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and converting them into profitable ventures.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our presence in the South West market, focusing on key customers and markets.
  • Conduct regular field sales visits to existing and potential clients, building strong relationships and promoting our products.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Provide market feedback and contribute to product development initiatives to ensure we stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge of the trailer parts industry.
  • Proven track record of building effective relationships and generating business leads.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • Full driving license is essential.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary of £50-60k with an OTE of £65-75k.
  • 33 days of holiday per year.
