Clinical Fieldwork Support Specialist

Widener University is currently seeking a highly skilled Clinical Fieldwork Support Specialist to join the College of Health & Human Services team. This role provides administrative support across the College, with primary areas of focus on the Clinical Education and Fieldwork Team.
Key Responsibilities:- Function as a member of the College's Clinical and Field Support Specialist Team
- Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive environment for all constituents through effective communication and interactions with persons of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Self-directed in use of CRM/database systems such as Exxat, CastleBranch, Canvas, etc.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree or high school diploma and two years of administrative experience in a service-oriented environment. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including programming and use of Excel spreadsheets, is required. Competence with data entry and ability to learn university Colleague/Slate systems, Office365, Teams, Canvas, and OneDrive are also essential.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Some evenings and weekends may be required for events. Widener University values diversity, equity, and inclusion and encourages applications from candidates who share these values.
