Widener University is currently seeking a highly skilled Clinical Fieldwork Support Specialist to join the College of Health & Human Services team. This role provides administrative support across the College, with primary areas of focus on the Clinical Education and Fieldwork Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Function as a member of the College's Clinical and Field Support Specialist Team
  • Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive environment for all constituents through effective communication and interactions with persons of diverse backgrounds and abilities
  • Self-directed in use of CRM/database systems such as Exxat, CastleBranch, Canvas, etc.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree or high school diploma and two years of administrative experience in a service-oriented environment. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including programming and use of Excel spreadsheets, is required. Competence with data entry and ability to learn university Colleague/Slate systems, Office365, Teams, Canvas, and OneDrive are also essential.
