Centralized Clinical and Fieldwork Contracts Manager

The College of Health & Human Services at Widener University seeks a highly motivated Centralized Clinical and Fieldwork Contracts Manager to oversee the administration of clinical education and fieldwork contracts. This role involves managing contracts, coordinating clinical placements, and ensuring compliance with program requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Function as a member of the College's Clinical and Field Support Specialist Team
- Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for Clinical Education/Fieldwork Directors to visit and evaluate new and existing sites as needed
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree or high school diploma and two years of administrative experience in a service-oriented environment. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including programming and use of Excel spreadsheets, is required. Competence with data entry and ability to learn university Colleague/Slate systems, Office365, Teams, Canvas, and OneDrive are also essential.
