Job Summary

We're seeking a Retail Customer Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, resolving customer queries, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
  • Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Upsell and cross-sell our products and services to customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to provide informed advice to customers
