We work to fight modern slavery across the UK by raising awareness, providing funding, and support for frontline projects. Our mission is to equip survivors with long-term services to overcome their previous exploitation.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and highly efficient Community & Impact Manager to lead on all brand, event partnerships, and community rewards partnerships. Key responsibilities include delivering all TRIBE Freedom Foundation events, building strong relationships with the TRIBE community, developing new and innovative fundraising strategies, contributing to content creation, and supporting marketing asset development.
As Community & Impact Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and supporting the TRIBE community's fundraising efforts, leading on partnerships and communications, and driving engagement and growth. You will work closely with the team to develop compelling marketing communications and social media content to share with our fundraisers and the wider community about TFF's work.
We offer a dynamic, ambitious, and fun working environment, unlimited TRIBE products, free breakfast, regular team trips and fitness sessions, and a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, subject to skills and experience.
