Harris Hill is delighted to be working with a renowned charity to recruit for a Fundraising Opportunities Coordinator in London. This exciting role involves leading and growing the charity's local partnerships, drawing in financial support from community groups, schools, small businesses, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Building and Sustaining Donor Relationships: Engage and nurture a broad network of community supporters, encouraging ongoing contributions and fostering long-term partnerships.
  2. Leading Local Fundraising Events: Organise and support community-driven events, working closely with volunteers and ambassadors to raise awareness and funds.
  3. Representing the Charity's Mission: Deliver presentations and talks to community groups, inspiring them to join in our mission to make a difference.
  4. Collaborating Across Teams: Coordinate with Care, Communications, and Marketing teams to enhance fundraising efforts and strengthen community engagement.
  5. Supporting Budgeting and Innovation: Assist in developing fundraising strategies and contribute innovative ideas to maximize community income streams.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrable experience in fundraising, marketing or sales
  2. A proven ability to work proactively identifying new contacts and opportunities for development
  3. A confident speaker with good presentation skills

Additional Requirements:

  1. Strong interpersonal skills comfortable engaging with a diverse range of community groups
  2. Flexible and adaptable willing to attend community events during weekends and evenings
  3. Collaborative team player

  • A valid UK driving license and car

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £30,000 per annum. As a Fundraising Opportunities Coordinator, you will work full-time in a hybrid environment, with opportunities for growth and professional development.
