Job Description
As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will be based at the head office and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This role involves preparing and sending out quotations to business clients (B2B), handling pricing enquiries efficiently and professionally, proactively contacting customers to update them on products and services, and maintaining accurate records using the internal CRM system. Full product training will be provided to ensure your success in the role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within a B2B environment.
- A full UK driving licence.
- A solid understanding of account management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
