About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Technical Advisor to join our internal technical team, providing expert support to our clients over the phone. As a Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues with our coffee machines, including bean-to-cup machines, traditional coffee machines, and vending machines. You will work with a range of clients, including businesses, hotels, health and leisure facilities, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars.

With over 10,000 customers in 140 countries worldwide, we have established a global revenue in excess of £300 million. As a Technical Advisor, you will be working with some of our key clients, providing expert support and guidance to ensure their machines are running smoothly.
Requirements- Proven background in engineering within the coffee and vending industry
- Strong technical knowledge of coffee machines, including bean-to-cup machines, traditional coffee machines, and vending machines
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with customers over the phone
- Numerate and IT literate
