Job Title: Day Shift Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Day Shift Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Day Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks at a large tourist attraction in Tottenham Court Road, London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks, including electrical and mechanical repairs, installations, and fault-finding.
  • Monitor and maintain building services equipment, including pumps, motors, seals, bearings, and air conditioning systems.
  • Perform electrical duties, such as lighting maintenance, power distribution, and electrical fault-finding.
  • Work with the maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and report any health and safety issues or faults with building services equipment.
Requirements:
  • Electrical or mechanical qualification (Level 2 or 3) with 18th Edition or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a large commercial building or similar environment.
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
  • Multi-skilled with ability to work on a variety of tasks.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
