Electrical Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a prime residential development in Vauxhall, London. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the electrical systems within the building operate efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including fault detection and rectification.
  • Conduct inspections and testing to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the site supervisor and Service Delivery Manager to plan and execute maintenance tasks.
  • Provide technical support and assistance in troubleshooting electrical issues.
  • Document all maintenance activities and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within prime residential or high-end hotel environments.
  • City & Guilds Electrical Qualifications - 18th Edition.
  • City & Guilds Inspection and Testing - 2391.
  • Excellent IT skills and proficiency working via a PDA/mobile device.
