Electrical Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

FM Service Provider - Commercial Building - Up to £47,000

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance on a commercial office contract located in Paddington.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in Electrical or mechanical building maintenance. In return, we offer a competitive salary of up to £47,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lighting installation, fault-finding, and maintenance
  • Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
