Electrical Maintenance Engineer - CBW Staffing Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance on commercial buildings in the London area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant
  • Conduct emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
  • Perform water treatment and statutory compliance tasks
  • Assist with air conditioning and chillers maintenance
  • Monitor BMS systems and ensure log books are up to date
  • Escort specialist subcontractors and assist other engineers
Requirements:
  • City & Guilds or NVQ in Electrical Installation/Engineering
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled with good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work on a foot mobile basis and attend multiple sites
Package:
  • Competitive salary up to £43,000 per annum
