Senior Care Team Member

About the Role
Avery Healthcare seeks a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant. In this role, you will support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any change impacting on care and care plans.
- Be involved in the person-centred care planning process, by implementing, monitoring, and undertaking monthly evaluations.
- Support residents with their medication requirements.
- Undertake staff supervisions and support staff with their development where required.
- Act as a key point for contact with residents, their relatives and visitors, as well as health and social care professionals involved in their wellbeing.
About You
To be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidate must have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes, 2 years' experience working in similar care environment, ability to communicate effectively, and a positive attitude to supporting and nurturing residents and staff.
