Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the care team to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Support residents with their medication requirements.
  • Undertake staff supervisions and support staff development where required.
  • Act as a key point of contact for residents, relatives, and visitors, ensuring reasonable requests are met and concerns or complaints are escalated.
Requirements
  • NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
  • At least 2 years' experience working in a similar care environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A positive attitude towards supporting and nurturing residents and staff.
  • Flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities.
Salary and Benefits
  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
