Senior Care Team Member

Avery Healthcare is a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. Our vision is to create meaningful lives together, and we're looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant.
About the Role:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting and working alongside our care team to deliver high standards of personal care. You will be responsible for monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, implementing care plans, and supporting residents with their medication requirements. You will also act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and visitors, and ensure that any reasonable requests are acted upon.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes, 2 years' experience working in a similar care environment, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. You will also need to be responsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.
