Compassionate Care Professional

Job Description:
- Delivering High Standards of Personal Care: As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care to our residents, ensuring their optimum independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
- Recognising Clinical Risk Areas: You will recognise and understand clinical risk areas in residents such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, and signs of infections. Escalate any identified risks in a timely manner.
- Communicating Effectively: You will communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with residents, visitors, and other members of the care team.
- Practicing Safe Systems of Work: You will practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks, prioritising the safety and well-being of our residents.

About the Role:
- Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum (dependent on location)
- DBS Disclosure Check: A DBS Disclosure check is required for this role, which will be met by Avery Healthcare.
- Proof of Eligibility: Proof of eligibility to work in the UK is also required.
