This Senior Food Preparation Professional role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect:

Responsibilities include:

  1. Preparing, cooking, and serving food that meets our high quality standards.
  2. Maintaining the highest level of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
  3. Using the appropriate cooking utensils & equipment.
  4. FOLLOWING COSHH REGULATIONS.
  5. ENSURING ALL REQUIRED PRODUCTS ARE STOCKED UP.
  6. FOLLOWING THE CORRECT FOOD HANDLING AND HEALTH AND SAFETY PROCEDURES.
  7. ENSURING THAT THE KITCHEN OPERATES IN A TIMELY WAY THAT MEETS OUR QUALITY STANDARDS.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess:

  • Proven experience as a Chef in a variety of kitchen settings.
  • Culinary qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Strong adaptability and quick learning in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining high culinary standards.
