About the Company:
Freight Personnel is a family-owned business with over 40 years of experience in the UK palletised transport industry. We operate across 11 sites, employing over 480 people and maintaining a fleet of 220 vehicles.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Officer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities and increase revenue growth* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement targeted marketing campaigns* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies* Ensure seamless communication and coordination with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field* Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or a related field* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
