Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at Clarion Housing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a focused management service to our residents living in our Over 55's Housing schemes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer care services to residents.
  • Manage access to the building for residents, contractors, and visitors.

Requirements:

  • You will need to have good customer care skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • You should be able to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £22,464 - £30,208 per annum pro rata.
