Customer Experience Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at Costa Coffee. As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our stores.

About the Role:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding promptly to customer needs and concerns, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Support the preparation and serving of coffee-based drinks, adhering to our standards of quality and presentation.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Delivering exceptional customer experiences, consistently meeting our standards of quality and service.
  2. Preparing and serving a range of coffee-based drinks, from classic favorites to seasonal specialties.
  3. Staying up-to-date with new menu offerings and promotions, ensuring that customers are informed and engaged.
  4. Maintaining accurate records of customer feedback and concerns, using this information to improve our services.
