We are seeking an experienced Chemotherapy Nurse to join our team at Sciensus. As a Chemotherapy Nurse Specialist, you will provide high-quality care to patients in their homes, administering chemotherapy treatments and documenting clinical data while maintaining professional standards and up-to-date knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments as defined in patient care plans.
- Build long-lasting relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders to aid treatment and recovery.
- Document all clinical data and report adverse drug events via correct protocol.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and address gaps in clinical competency.
- A competitive salary of £54,630 (£50,960 - £57,200) per annum.
