Salary

As a Care Assistant on late shift, you can expect a salary of around £20,500-£23,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including paid Enhanced DBS/PVG and free uniform.

Job Description

Your role will involve working closely with our care team to deliver person-centered care that meets the unique needs of each resident. This may include assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

Our late shift pattern offers a great work-life balance, with three days on and three days off. This schedule allows you to enjoy your free time during the day and recharge for the next shift.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures is also essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
