The estimated salary for this role is around £11.57 per hour, reflecting the importance of your contributions. With our competitive pay rates, including enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour, you'll enjoy a fair compensation package that reflects your hard work.

Our supported living service, Welby Close, provides a welcoming and friendly environment where no two days are ever the same. You'll have the opportunity to teach life skills, assist with personal care, encourage socialization, and engage in various activities that promote growth and confidence.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible, and composed in your approach. Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors is highly valued.
