Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing personalized support plans, working closely with other professionals
  • Mentoring and training new staff members, promoting a positive and supportive team culture
  • Leading by example, promoting a positive and supportive team culture
  • Working closely with other professionals to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support

We offer a competitive salary of £34,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a comprehensive pension scheme and generous annual leave entitlement.
