About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Optical Support Professional to join our team at Zest Business Group in Sleaford, Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with dispensing, pre-screening, adjustments, collections, reception, and general administration tasks.
  • Work closely with a skilled team focused on delivering high-quality care to patients.
  • Help manage social media accounts to promote the practice's services.
Requirements
  • Recent experience working within opticians, preferably independently.
  • Calm and confident when interacting with patients.
  • Maintain high customer care standards expected by patients.
  • Ability to learn and develop professionally.
Benefits
  • A five-day workweek, including Saturdays.
  • Business hours: 9am to 5pm (3:30pm on Saturdays).
  • A competitive salary of £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
