Job Title: Personal Care Assistant

We are looking for a skilled and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker in a Learning Disabilities Service. As a Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, teaching them independent living skills and participating in community-based activities.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, starting at £11.65 per hour, and a range of benefits, including:

  • A £300 joining bonus for full-time applications
  • A salary increase to £11.80 upon completion of a Level 2-3 NVQ qualification
  • Compensation of up to £200 for completing e-learning before starting
  • 28 holidays, including bank holidays
  • An additional day off for your birthday, plus up to 5 additional days off for service length
