**About the Role:**

We are currently seeking an experienced Support Professional to join our team at Voyage Care. In this vital role, you will work closely with our supported living service team to deliver high-quality care, supporting individuals with complex needs to live independently.

To succeed in this position, you will require exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support principles and practices is essential, as well as a commitment to continuous learning and development.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver person-centered care to individuals with varying levels of need, including those with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and traumatic backgrounds.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans that promote independence, confidence, and empowerment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely submission to relevant authorities.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree or equivalent in Social Work, Health Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar role, preferably within a supported living setting.
  • Possession of a full UK driving license (essential).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Salary:**

£11.57-£12.57 per hour, dependent on experience.
