Training and Development Role

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Comprehensive Training Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive development and training services to support the growth and success of our Energy business unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and deliver local training activities to support the progress of various training programs
  • Support graduate, trainee, apprentice, and professional programs to ensure the development of our employees
  • Analyse corporate and individual training needs to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage CITB grant claims and compile training plans to optimize resource allocation
  • Identify skills gaps and update training databases to inform future training initiatives
  • Manage training budgets and monitor grant recovery to ensure effective use of resources
  • Organize and log PFADR and job chat activities to facilitate open communication
  • Maintain training plans and book training courses to ensure timely completion
  • Manage employee development for further qualifications to enhance employee capabilities
  • Produce reports and data for business unit and central Learning and Development to inform strategic decision-making
Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is around £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
