Job Details
The estimated annual salary for this role is between £35,000 and £50,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities
- Support foster carers and kinship carers through initial visits and assessments, ensuring they meet the necessary standards.
- Deliver comprehensive training programs to prepare prospective foster carers and kinship carers for their roles.
- Collaborate with the Fostering and Kinship Service team to promote 'Kent Fostering' and our services to the community.
- Foster strong relationships with external agencies to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.
- Stay informed about relevant legislation, policies, and procedures to maintain high-quality service delivery.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
