Pacific Radiology Limited is currently seeking a Medical Education Coordinator to develop and implement a training program for radiologists. This role will involve collaborating with internal trainers and super users to establish a comprehensive training framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a training program for radiologists.
  • Collaborate with internal trainers and super users to ensure targeted and cost-effective training delivery.
  • Provide feedback to ensure the training framework evolves to meet organisational needs.

The ideal candidate will have a qualification in Adult Learning and experience in developing a training framework. They will also have passion and expertise in working collaboratively with others, coaching and guiding through effective training strategies.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum. We offer a competitive salary package, including benefits such as health insurance and retirement savings.
