To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network architecture, and security protocols. Relevant certifications, such as ITIL or PMP, are highly desirable. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT operations is required, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
