Job Title: Support WorkerWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Kirkdale, a supported living accommodation for adults with mental health conditions, autism, and learning disabilities. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centered support, promoting independence, and enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one support, shopping calls, domestic calls, and medication management
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Encourage participation in activities, such as arts and crafts, sports, and social events
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, staff, and external professionals
- Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.94
- A comprehensive training program, including mandatory training and in-house training from professionals
