Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

I have a mixture of support needs, but the most inmportant thing to me is that my routine needs to be followed. My staff team help me to live the best life posible, from my everyday routine to supporting me to achive my goals. I request to have male staff only, and I would love my staff team to respect me and treat me with dignity respect in a caring nature.

If I need cover male staff from Thornaby can be used and agency used there. I go and see my step mum and sister’s every Tuesday. I have lunch and enjoy a game of pool; my brother also comes with me. I do not like female staff supporting me, so it must be male staff only. I like to watch my TV and at times, I may like my own space. I will let staff know if I want staff to sit with me when I watch my TV. I am a big fan of Doctor Who and like to watch this on my TV

I have 1 staff over a 24-hour period, I do not like my routine changed I attend day service Monday and Friday and meet family every Tuesday in local pub Your values: We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience.
