EMEA Marketing Specialist

Canonical is seeking a skilled marketing specialist to develop and execute long-term marketing strategies for the EMEA region. This role involves close collaboration with regional sales teams, product teams, and other marketing functions to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for specific industries within the EMEA region
  • Set and monitor KPIs for lead generation, demand generation, and brand awareness campaigns
  • Build and execute organic and paid campaigns, including crafting messaging and creating visual assets
  • Own webinars and regional offline events, from planning to execution
  • Work with the CRM team to attract, convert, engage, and communicate with new and existing audiences
  • Manage regional budget planning and execution, monitoring and adjusting as needed
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to implement their insights into the regional marketing strategy

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B marketing for enterprise IT products and SaaS
  • Experience working with the EMEA market
  • Excellent academic results, with a Bachelor's or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or STEM
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English
  • Hands-on mindset and ability to test marketing assumptions to scale efficiently
  • Growth mindset, with enthusiasm for challenges and a 'can do' attitude
  • Objectivity and openness to others' views, while building a positive team spirit
  • Proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
