Prime Appointments is recruiting an Employee Experience Lead for our client in Clacton-on-Sea.

Job Overview

This full-time permanent position offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, and will be responsible for:

  • Integrating company culture and values into all workforce aspects.
  • Mentoring and supporting team members.
  • Monitoring workflows and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Overseeing People services including talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance.
  • Developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
  • Ensuring HR practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
  • Enhancing employee engagement through leading social and wellness programmes.
  • Managing remuneration, benefits, and recognition programs.
  • Attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.

This role requires a Level 3/5 CIPD qualification, experience within Human Resources and Personnel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to be hands-on with all levels of the organisation.
