As an educational coach with Teaching Personnel, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people by supporting them in achieving their learning goals. The role involves providing one-to-one tuition to students in their homes, care homes, or public venues, helping them prepare for their Functional Skills Exams by tutoring them in English, Maths, and Science.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging learning resources tailored to the individual's needs and interests.
  • Prepare session reports to track progress and content covered during sessions.
  • Work with students who may require additional support, such as those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or SEMH.

We prioritize safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, conducting thorough checks on all workers, including online searches and Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
