**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Professional to join our team as a Counselling Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for administratively supporting our Counselling service, including processing referrals and booking sessions.

**Responsibilities**

  • Administer the referral process and coordinate counselling sessions">
  • Provide effective support to the counselling team">
  • Maintain accurate records on our database">

**Requirements**

The ideal candidate will possess strong administration and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A calm and non-judgemental approach is essential, as you will be working with individuals who may be experiencing distress.

**What We Offer**

">

We provide a competitive salary of £22,300-£23,800 per annum, pro rata, based on 20 hours per week. Additionally, we offer annual leave entitlement, birthday leave, ongoing training, an Employee Assistance Programme, eligibility for a blue light card, and health cover after six months of employment.
