Job Overview
P3 Charity is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Mental Health Support Professional in Cambridgeshire. As part of our Mental Health Accommodation Pathway, you will provide practical and emotional support to individuals with mental health needs, helping them build confidence to live independently.

You will be part of a close-knit team operating 24/7, working closely with mental health professionals and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a genuine passion for supporting individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality support to individuals with mental health needs, promoting their independence and well-being
• Work collaboratively with mental health professionals, other teams, and external partners to deliver effective care pathways
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and carers
• Participate in regular supervision and training to enhance professional development

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
• Passion for supporting individuals with mental health needs

Salary: £25,500 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
