About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or have significant experience in one-on-one roles.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with SEN
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective lesson plans
  • Support students with behavioral management and other additional SEN requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in supporting students with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Previous experience working with children with SEN
