Job Description:
  • Support students with severe autism and PMLD on a 1:1 basis
  • Assist with daily living activities and provide emotional support
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
  • Experience of supporting those with SEN
  • Committed to long-term role
  • Highly motivated to improve outcomes for children
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Secure understanding of phonics and early reading
Salary and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range £18,550 per annum (£85-£95 per day)
  • Up to £100 welcome bonus
