About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Educational Support Assistant to join our team at BeBee Professionals in Cheltenham. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs to achieve their full potential.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting students in classroom activities under the direction of the lead teacher, implementing individualized education plans, and monitoring student progress. You will also provide support to students with special needs to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

To excel in this role, you will need a strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with special educational needs, as well as previous experience working with children with special needs. An Associate's degree in Special Education or a relevant certification is also required.
