Program Overview

We are seeking graduate cover supervisors to join our Future Teachers Programme at Teaching Personnel. This unique opportunity allows recent graduates to gain practical experience in a secondary school setting while working towards their teacher training.

Job Description
  • Supervise students across various subjects, including Maths, English, Science, History, Geography, Ethics and Philosophy/Religious Education, Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) and Technology.
  • Provide a high-quality learning experience without the need for active teaching, marking, or lesson planning.
Key Responsibilities
  • Differentiate lessons, manage behaviour, and support pupils effectively.
  • Learn about school policies and their implementation.
  • Explore how your degree subject aligns with the school curriculum.
