Job Description

Job Title: Customer Solutions Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a Customer Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for guiding our customers along their multi-year journey to the cloud, ensuring that all AWS teams are working together effectively and efficiently to deliver outcomes for the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with AWS customers and AWS leadership, driving collaboration between core account groups, product/engineering teams, and customer teams.
  • Plan and support workload migrations, translating strategic initiatives in the account plan into executable actions.
  • Work backwards from our customers' key milestones, driving secure and robust solutions.
  • Evangelize AWS services and guide customers in adopting them.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day management of our customers' successful adoption of AWS.

Requirements:

  • Experience of large scale IT/digital/business transformation or migration programs at a customer-facing role.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to effectively deliver information to c-suite/VP level.
  • Strong organizational governance and troubleshooting skills with precise attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience implementing AWS/cloud services.
  • Robust understanding of key technology and market trends.
  • PMP and/or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certified.
