Job Title: Junior IT Support Analyst
At New England Seafood International, we are seeking a talented Junior IT Support Analyst to join our team. As a Junior IT Support Analyst, you will play a key role in providing technical assistance and support to our business users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with business users to understand, troubleshoot and resolve IT related incidents and requests.
- Provide Windows desktop support, assisting users with hardware and software problems.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues – LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi.
- Ensure day-to-day IT operational checks are fulfilled, such as system backup checks, application availability, etc.
- Maintain accurate records for software and hardware.
- Setup and configuration of new hardware and software.
- Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Requirements:
- GCSE Maths and English at grade 5 or higher.
- Be technically competent with good all-round knowledge of Windows 11.
- Provide excellent hardware and application support to business customers.
- Pleasant, confident, and professional telephone manner.
- Knowledge/understanding of IT systems.
- The position will involve working in the production facilities and may involve lifting heavy IT equipment.
