Implementation Manager

Career Legal is seeking an experienced HR Systems professional to join our team as an HR Systems Implementation Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading international law firm in London on a 12 to 18 month FTC basis, working on a 4 day a week arrangement.
The successful candidate will support and lead on a large HR systems implementation project, working closely with the Senior HRIS Manager, seniors within HR and Heads of Department. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing a global change management strategy to support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors across the business
- Establishing an HR Change network for the project and managing subsequent communications channels
- Executing the change management, deployment, communication, and training plans
- Working with the implementation partner and project team to foster a 'one team' approach
- Designing and executing the change management communication strategy
- Aligning business readiness activities with Technology workstream technical readiness activities
- Engagement and management of both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Providing expertise in business readiness from project stage to post-implementation to operational BAU
- Supporting the upskilling of the project team and wider HR team on best practice change management methods
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is highly motivated and can demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and an ability to deal with design, deployment, and change management. They will have similar experience within a legal sector or professional services environment and a deep understanding of stakeholder engagement and project management.
