Implementation Manager

Contentsquare is a global digital analytics company empowering brands to build better online experiences. We're seeking an Implementation Manager to join our Customer Success team.
About the Role:As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for the technical implementation of Contentsquare solutions and products. You will work in a project management and technical advisor role, using your analytical and technical proficiency to guide clients through their end-to-end deployment.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a technical project manager to onboard new clients and implement Contentsquare products
- Proactively manage customer and internal stakeholders' expectations during the onboarding and deployment phase
- Be the main point of contact for technical implementation-related matters
- Work closely with Contentsquare's Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Solution Experts to drive success based on clients' objectives
- Manage different personas on a client side, including product managers, developers, e-commerce executives, and data analysts
- Strong communication skills in English
- At least 4 years of experience in technical implementation or support roles, or technical project management, ideally in a SaaS company
- Strong working proficiency in web technologies like JavaScript, CSS, HTML
- Experience with application development or SDK implementation knowledge, and comfort with mobile testing and troubleshooting tools
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles with SaaS organisations of global companies
- Experience in working cross-regions, with strong proactivity and autonomy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a global, dynamic, cross-functional team-based environment
