**About the Role**

Inspire People is seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Designer to join our multidisciplinary agile team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering accessible, user-friendly public services that meet the needs of our diverse user base.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Content Management**: Oversee the creation, updating, and reviewing of content across multiple channels, devices, browsers, and platforms to ensure consistency and coherence.
  • **Collaboration**: Work closely with senior user researchers, service designers, and interaction designers to develop and implement content strategies that align with business objectives.
  • **Content Strategy**: Use evidence, data, and research to inform content decisions and ensure that content is aligned with business goals and user needs.
  • **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build relationships with senior stakeholders to advocate for user needs and promote the importance of content design in delivering business outcomes.
  • **Team Collaboration**: Work with other content professionals to ensure that content is consistent and coherent across channels and that content design is integrated into the overall service design.
